Making NPCs follow Companions

Hello TESNexus community!

I was wondering how you could do this? I know how to make my own companions via CM Partners mod, but I want to have an NPC follow one of my partners, like a minion of sorts that isn't summoned. Is there any way I could go about doing this, and how could I? I've searched and used google, but nothing of any use came up.

Thank you in advance for your time and effort!

Open up the CS and goto Character/Packages and make a new follow package ( have the companion you wish the NPC to follow in the render window for quick reference )

Schedule

click

Defensive Combat and Allow Swimming

-Any- in all day/month/date/time boxes and Duration 0

Ignore Conditions and Location

Target

click - Specific Reference and select the - Select Reference in Render Window - box

you will then be directed to the render window and just double click on the companion.

Distance - 100 is good, but you might wish to experiment to see wich suits you best.

Then just add this AI package to the NPC.

If you choose to have an animal follow your companion instead ( a Dog for example ), make sure it's Intelligence is above 30 ( 50 is a good number ) otherwise it will not follow into buildings/caves/forts/ruins etc.

Hope this helps
