ensorcella
I'm starting out making my own house mods and stuff, and I'm working on the exterior area right now. Around the house I am trying to edit the ground texture. In some areas I can change the texture, and in other areas I can't change the texture at all except for the "-NONE-" one, which just makes it look like dirt. There is a very fine line between the areas which I can edit/can't edit, It looks like it's where the edge of the cell is or something? i'm not sure because I don't have a clue how to get grid lines to show up... Any help would be appreciated, thanks!!
ub3rman123
I believe the problem causing that may be that there are too many different textures in that cell. Try texturing over the whole affected area with one texture, and see if that fixes it.

I can't remember what ones I used in that cell.. so if I try to texture over everythign it doesn't work because it's a new texture.I guess I'll have to try them all one by one :P edit - worked, thank you! didn't know it was so simple

It opens a window with all the textures applied, you can safely delete the ones with the lowest count. Renember to do it for all quads though. The max number is 8 or 7 textures. I think. ub3rman123
Wow, that'll come in handy for me as well. I'll have to remember that.
