EVE mod not working properly

The plasma rifles melts the enemys too early and the console comands too it doesnt work.

Any sugestions?

My personel suggestion is to get rid of the unofficial patch and to use the official patch 1.7.

Give BOSS4FO3 a try.

Clean your data dir from any "doubled", unused or unnecessary mods.

Do you mean the patch that updates fallout.exe to 1.7...?
