Spontaneous teleportation to vault 87

[orogun]

After I hit lv 20 this has been happening in regular intervals, some are so bad that I actually had to start from a previous save because I couldn't take a step without teleporting to Vault 87.

Basically one minute i'm shooting up baddies and the next is coc to vault 87. BTW, don't know if this is related but Fawkes appeared on Point Lookout. He spontaneously appears out of nowhere every once in a while.

Thanks for the info. I suspected as much, but I really have no idea what's causing it since it seems to be random. Although it happens more frequently when fast traveling or autosaving.
