texture problem

so i've downloaded a bunch of new weapons, mask, and tactical vest, when i start the game everything is fine, i can buy my stuff but... here is the problem. when i wear the weapon, mask or the tactical vest all i see is me with the model but with blac and white square texture and the texture changed if a move... can please someone helpme :( i got all the dlc's

This happened to me with the Fort Freeway mod, I just removed it. I don't know what causes it, sorry. :(

make sure you have ArchiveInvalidation Invalidated installed and working properly through either FOMM or by using this nifty utility:

or by going to your Fallout.ini and changing 'bInvalidateOlderFiles=0' to 'bInvalidateOlderFiles=1'
