So, here's my predicament. I know that username changes aren't accepted after registration, but this is the only account I have that isn't one of the usual 3 usernames I use. So, if I make a new account, could I have both accounts merged into one with the new username? Thanks for any feedback. :) EDIT: I'm thinking of buying a Lifetime Premium membership but I don't want this username.

This happened to me with the Fort Freeway mod, I just removed it. I don't know what causes it, sorry. :( I find this a lot better though (link below) :)

In the console, type in the following: The 0 at the end makes her immortal, change that to a 1 to make her mortal.

I know this sounds kinda weird, but kill yourself (with say, a Fat Man) and then try playing. Fixes the problem for me. o.O

The author of my Fallout3.esm is ipely and I have no problems.. What exactly is going wrong when you say they're corrupted?

@stock power supplies, yeah, I found out the hard way XD I upgraded to a 550watt PSU and everything runs smoothly. I don't really need to worry about cooling though as there are actually quite a few fans inside as well as a 220mm fan on top of the case.

I fixed this by installing Games For Windows LIVE before installing Fallout 3.

I use that and it's awesome. I never noticed the sounds when you close it though. >.> I'll have to check when I get home from work.

They both have their good and bad things. I enjoy playing BF:BC2 but it takes forever to rank up, and sometimes you can get stuck on buildings, rocks, ect. In MW2, it's a f***ing campfest with OMA n00btubers, Commando kids, hackers, etc. Though once you beat through the s*** and start doing well it gets a bit fun.

I would disable Mart's Mutant Mod, and for Galaxy Radio, only select one of the esp files for the number of packs you downloaded (If you have 40 songs in all you want to use, use GalaxyNewsRadio40[M].esp; if you have all 5 packs and all the songs, use GalaxyNewsRadio100[M].esp) I'm not sure what this is, but if it patched the game it could be the potential problem. This could also be of some help. Also, something odd I found is that if you start from your last save, kill yourself, then after the last save re-loads saving a new game. There are several things to try, let us know what happens.

Usually though I don't remember that AdBlock is on, and not seeing ads doesn't really mean anything to me since I've been using AdBlock since.. forever. I understand though, you guys still need money to run the site. :tongue:

Alright, I did all that and also disabled some mods I thought I really didn't need, and tried again. I Googled this and someone said try killing yourself, then saving after the last save loads. I did that, and everything works fine. XD Kinda strange, but it worked. =] Thanks a lot for taking time to help me out, I really appreciate it. :happy:

+kudos Heh, I'll list them here, only about half are used though: I played and completed every DLC and the story on the 360, so I thought I'd have some fun with the PC version :biggrin:

Ah, ok. Yeah, I use FOMM and FOSE. I'll try that, thanks. Edit: It worked fine thanks :) Although sometimes when I try to save or wait, the game just crashes. What might cause that?

Alright, so I want the Backwater Rifle (Point Lookout), but I'm too lazy to go through the quest to get it. I have Game of the Year Edition, meaning I have every DLC. The base id for it is xx00ed14, and that doesn't work when I try player.additem xx00ed14 1 100. So I looked through the Form ID page on the Fallout Wikia and Point Lookout is 4th on the list (http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Help:Form_IDs), however when I try replacing 04 with the xx it still doesn't work. Does anyone know about how to do this? Thanks. Edit: added image
