The warning was given for the following reason: Unban appeal has been accepted, and ban has been changed to a formal warning due to upload of a mod without obtaining permissions. In the future please make sure that you obtain permission BEFORE uploading the mod. (Simply giving credit to the author or stating that you will take down the mod if the author objects to it are not acceptable options.)
