KaiserOmega
Now I know it will sound EXTREMELY odd to some people but just hear me out: I know everyone has noticed that there are very few voice actors and a lot of NPCs with the same voice. Now to me that seems a bit lazy and frankly, when I use follower mods like AFT or UFO and I have followers with the same voice its just weird. I am not suggesting that ALL the NPCs be revoiced but a large number (I'd say around 70-80%) should be, and most of them having their own voice (i.e. Alvor with his own voice, and Balgruf with his own, and yes they have the same voice actor). I honestly do not know how exactly it will be done, hell I will admit I don't really have the skill to voice a character (yes I have tried). Hopefully this will put an Idea into someones head and maybe it will be a reality.
Dudeman325
The hardest part of getting this done would be corraling together all the voice actors, which is no small feat considering the scope of the request, not to mention that voice actors willing to volunteer for a large project like this are few and far between. There's a reason why many characters have the same voice actor, and it isn't because the developers were lazy... I'm sure they spent a large amount of money hiring as many voice actors as they did, adding a few dozen more would be no small change to the budget. Tajjara
It would be a lot of work, but hey, if Interesting NPC's has pooled people together, I'm sure people could do it for this.
Svadas
Could be difficult. I could see someone entirely revolving a character, if they're making a mod revolving around them, but there truly are an awful lot of named NPCs. The same problem would probably repeat itself, come generic NPCs, unless you get even more voice actors for that, which means... you need a lot of willing people. It seems odd to revoice an already existing NPC, unless, of course, you're giving them a lot of important dialogue due to a mod about them, or something. Rather than simply changing voices, I simply suggest getting new NPCs with new voice types. Plenty of fine mods out there, if you simply open your eyes. I'm not saying the idea isn't great, because it is, but simply due to the hard work it will take, because we all know how dialogue works.
