Violated rules:

The posting of any copyrighted material, unless the copyright is owned by you or you have consent from the owner of the copyrighted material, is strictly prohibited on any Nexus site.

 

Absolutely no copyrighted work is to be used without permission of the original creator. This includes content from other games, from DLCs, music creators or from other file authors. This also includes members from countries that do not recognise copyright laws.

 

All files uploaded must have been created by the uploader or used with permission from the original author of the content. Such permission must be indicated in the Readme text attached to the file and/or on the Description page (or in the Description field for images), and must be obtained in advance, before uploading the file. If you cannot provide proof of consent then your file will be removed and your account is likely to be banned.

Readme from the file:

Tron: This is the derezzing sound from the 2003 FPS Tron 2.0. It plays when Jet (the character you play as) dies. --> Copyrighted content from a third-party game.

Duke Nukem: This is Duke Nukem saying "It hurts to be you", because, well it does when you die. --> Copyrighted content from a third-party game.

As a added bonus, I included the "Level Up" music from Skyrim. Just put it in the same folder as the death music. --> Copyrighted content from Skyrim. Strange as it may sound, you cannot use content ported or taken from Skyrim in Oblivion - game content is licenced for a specific game, and using it outside the scope of the license is a copyright violation.
