CTD as soon as I start the game.

I've got a serious problem here, it started yesterday when I downloaded Anthony Lings Coiffure, I noticed in-game that my character's eyes were all messed up

so I quit the game and removed the mod. Apparently I did something wrong since the game would CTD as soon as I started the game again.

So I decided on deleting every mod and do a clean re-install of FO3.

 

So after doing that I patched the game up to 1.7 and ran it to make sure that it worked properly. It did, so I began downloading and installing the mods that I had before. (no lings coffuire this time)

All went well, I was finally satisfied with all the mods I had and I decided to run the game. Once again I had the same problem, an immediate CTD.

So I figured I should turn of al mods and do a clean start of FO3. That didnt do much either.

 

Now I have no idea what the problem is, can anyone help me out?

EDIT: Could this problem be caused by my 2 music mods? I installed both Ambient Wasteland and Fallout 3 Ambient Music Overhaul HD.

experimentally delete the fallout.ini in your game saves ares

already fixed the problem, turns out I messed up the menu with the wrong mod. I deleted that and now it works.

But thanks anyway!
