How Unload Weapon Magazines?

Getting ready to sell some salvaged weapons, but I want the ammo first. Surely there is a way to unload the ammo from a weapon.

Yep, the ammo is counted seperately in your inventory. Just sell the weapon and flip to your ammo tab in your inventory.

If I am not mistaken, unequipping a weapon will unload its ammo anyway, plus I don't think ammo loaded in a weapon is lost when you sell a weapon.

Thx guys, will look a bit more carefully when I sell a weapon. However, an unequipped weapon does have ammo loaded. That is what got my attention. I needed some 5.56 and I had unequipped weapons with full magazines I couldn't access.

Interesting. Mostly FWE + a few little tweaks that I wouldn't think would matter.
