Ok while installing mods which I know that work are somehow conflicting. For some reason I can change eyes at the beginning than while changking character I can not change them everyone has all there eyes except imperials which only have the vanilla ones. It happens to the hair too. I can not select eyes for cute elves or mystic elf. Here are my mods and order by BOSS.

eye issues are caused by too many candy-race mods

 

simply remove the ones that don't matter until the problem corrects itself.

 

if its a load order issue, run the load order through BOSS (easily found on tesnexus)

My personal advice is to get rid of Beautiful People,Rens,Elaborate Eyes,TNR,etc...Use Cobl and Cobl Cosmetics.Cobl does include Ren's Hair and a playable version of a mystic(hidden) elf. Cobl has TNR as an option. I like glowing eyes that do "glow", so I use an OMOD called CCR-cappucine(TESnexus php?id 17042) to overwrite Cobl's eyes and get the glow,I just delete the esp for the OMOD and it works. I get to use the LUGGAGE! My Palaces and homes have Cobl storage. I do not have buggy eyes/hair issues. If I choose to use Elaborate Eyes I can using Wrye Bash. I have used Abraniel Races working with this set-up and have no issues. I avoid the Cosmetic issues by reading the comments/requirements and ensuring that a mod I do install will not interfere with my cosmetic choices.I also turn a mod into an OMOD before I ever install it to allow me to remove the mod if it does cause problems. Learning how to use the Construction Set can allow you to use a mod that uses a different cosmetic package -like many CM partners to use Cobl instead.

Yes I do use OBSE since my combat mods require obse plugins and cute elves does. I will try all your suggestions and post back thank u very much. Hopefully after a week and of half of cleaning uninstalling and installing back I can finally get back to oblivion. Since I had bruma crash at 85 hours and had to delete everything.
