JackSD
Should probably mention, I just made a new texture set and put it on the vanilla model, also it shows up the way I want it to in GECK.
Fonger
since 99% of all texture problems are caused by this, just gotta ask are you using {any single form of} archive invalidation?
JackSD
I'm not sure. I'm just using GIMP since DDS converter doesn't work on vista. Is there anything specific I should be doing?

Fonger
That works! Thanks so much! You're a miracle worker my friend :)the default game will refuse to recognize changes to mesh/textures so archive invalidation is a must for any mod - smacks the game upside the head and tells it to use any new available mesh/texture same thing with Oblivion. JackSD
I've messed around with a lot of GECK and the Oblivion construction kit before but always with stuff already in there. So I knew nothing about that.
