Invisible creatures?

I've got a really weird and annoying problem with the mods FWE and MMM... some creatures are completely invisible and when I try to target them in VATS, the vision zooms in to a point miles away.

Also, Raiders are purple.

I've got all official expansions, the official 1.7 patch and ArchiveInvalidation Invalidated! (program version)

The following is my mod list & load order:

Fallout3.esm

Anchorage.esm

ThePitt.esm

BrokenSteel.esm

PointLookout.esm

Zeta.esm

CRAFT.esm

CALIBR.esm

FO3 Wanderers Edition - Main File.esm

Mart's Mutant Mod.esm

CRAFT - Activation Perk.esp

Still, some creatures are completely messed up, Raiders are purple (found a topic on this but that didn't help me) and I crash frequently when entering the metro.

I followed the installation guides of the FWE and MMM very carefully. Maybe worth noting: I have Windows Vista and Fall Out 3 is in my Program Files, but I have that crappy security that asks permission for everything turned off.

So what can I try to fix this mess?

Did you install your game into the default location, under Program Files?

Yes... I read somewhere that might be a problem with Vista's account security thing that asks permission for everything, but there they said it would make Fall Out 3 crash on startup and I turned the annoying thing off.
