If I only have the official plugins it loads fine, Some but not all mods cause it to crash. I believe only mods that have more than esp and/or bsa are causing the crash. I have disabled the .bik files that play and have set all oblivion obse and obmm executables to run as admin. Do you use BOSS? Could you activate everything you have installed, run BOSS on it, and post the log file here? Try out the sorted load order too. In fact, after you install Wrye Bash, post your load order through Wrye Bash.
