Npc - I have no greeting

Recently when i try to talk with an npc all i get is this "I have no Greeting"(see image).And it's starting to get annoying since it affects quest related npc's.I would really appreciate it if you guys help me identify the cause.Thanks :thumbsup:

95% of all posted causes -- traveling to/from SI without going through the Bethesda supplied portal. - Cure - go back through the portal

 

Remaining posted causes -- directly caused by a mod - try above fix first, then systematically deactivate your mods until it pops out.

Is your load order sorted? Do you have Elys' USV installed? Do you have OBSE installed? I think this is cause by a mod conflict, one of the quest mod I believe. Getting your load order set might help.

I went back to the gate , went in and got out again and it worked.I was really pissed at some mission on SI and used a cheat to get out of there so thats it.Thanks
