Ranokoa
I'm lucky like that I suppose. It doesn't take me long to think of an idea for structure of a mod or dungeon, and once I do I always get an epiphany in like .5 seconds of EVERYTHING that is going to be in it! Such as the mod I'm making now for this contest. It just comes all in an instant and sticks, in very great detail. I love it.. lol.
ub3rman123
Oh, I've got the ideas for it. Just the idea of how to shape it is the problem. I'm trying to avoid some cliches you usually see in dungeons. I'll definitely be using Mr_Siika's work (Kynareth smile upon him for that godsend).
Ranokoa
I'm not using any outside resources. I am pretty good with making the conventional very unconventional to avoid clichés. And personally I can't wait till it's done... I kinda wanna play it... lol.
ub3rman123
I had some fun the first time through my dungeon. It's mostly fun for me because I can think, "I created you! You can't kill me! All I need to do to destroy you is to tick 'ignore'! Muhuhahahha!" Yeah, there's some useful bits in the vanilla game you can use for construction. Like the Floorplane in clutter, and the FarmHouseConstruction06 and 05. Or was it 07.. And never forget the Skingrad bricks.
Ranokoa
Post Number 1,000. Lately I've been using very generic and old methods of scripting and making their uses extremely extraordinary. It's fun to do. See just HOW original you can be by using something that's been done a billion times in a slightly new way. It's like using only the car parts you have from an SUV to build a rocket that goes into orbit and uses it's laser to heat your coffee from space every morning and scratch your [censor] every 15 minutes, A LOT of that kind of thing is done in Fort Death. Old methods, new uses never been done before.... so fun... Anyways. I submitted my current version to TodaY for her to complete the quest part, and or at least make it functional so I can refine it perfectly. So I'm out of work on this mod for a while. I suppose I'll just watch something online and eventually practice getting used to the changes in scripting for Fallout3. (I offered my help to a modding team for something in Fallout3 on an unofficial basis. They wanted scripting so I need to adjust to the changes in how it's scripted.) Be well, sleep well, fight well, live long.~Ranokoa PS: Once the mod is complete and submitted to the person who started this contest I will continue working in it for a tiny bit to enhance it and upload it as a standalone mod a week or two after the contest version is released. But, before that, anyone who joined the contest thing I'll be more than happy to give a private version of it prerelease once it's fully functional and finished. I'm more than likely going to finish before the 14th so that's why I'm offering. Can't believe how much I've gotten done in a short period... I really haven't spent too much time on it and I didn't think I'd have anywhere near enough... But I guess I did >_< WOAH I just saw AP and AP RANK.... What the heck is that? That's new to me... the thing to the left of my post under my name and stats.

ub3rman123
Ranokoa, you actually have spare time? Here, play Assassin's Creed for me. I don't have time to. Man, modding's become a full-time job. Sans pay.
ub3rman123
Okay, my dungeon is done now. Fully tested and bugless. I think. Where do I turn it in?
