I can't edit NPCs' apperances

I don't see the basic view of the character in the properties window, and the CS crashes when I try to look at the face.

I'm running Windows 7, if that matters.

Is this a RAM issue? I have 4 GB of regular memory, and 1 GB of video memory, and my processor is a quad core 2.83GHz

This is really screwing up my plans.

I can tell you right now that it is not your os, ram, or video, and you have a higher processing speed than me, and i have no such problems, pretty much you have the same system that i do, except mine is an i5 not overclocked

As soon as you activave an NPC, dont click on face...this will cause a crash, instead look at the bottom right and tick the head box, then you can access the face..this is a well known problem with the CS, so don't worry about your PC's abilitys.
