koolaid_man
The player himself doesn't go back in time, but rather relives the author's story. So for simplicities sake the player would keep stats and looks, but play as a different individual all together. The book is nothing magical, it's just a way to transition the game from one story to the other. I was aiming to make this a very expansive mod, the player would spend a lot of time here, and I think keeping it open world would be the most immersive way. We don't need to make the whole world look younger, just remove the cities and redo some roads. I don't think Nazis will rappel through my window and beat me with an empty Pringles can if all the trees and plants are in the same place. Won't you contribute in any way? I know you are an experienced Model maker. I'd love to have you on my side. I need horns for Morihaus at the moment, to eventually go on his character. They can be curled like a ram's, but should be straight like a bulls. Want to help out with this? I don't know how far your abilities go, but maybe you can combine the resources I've posted to make the Morihaus character himself.
koolaid_man
I figured I could start some basic fort reconstruction myself. Does anyone know if there is a command to simply automatically replace every part in a cell with a different one?
ub3rman123
Model maker? Nah, I do environments. I'd love to help (I've wondered about what the ruins looked like whole), but my list of things to do is entirely too long to start anything else. There still would be a lot of work to do. You'd need to remove the bandit camps, fort ruins, the settlements, and figure out how to build Abarglas.
koolaid_man
Ah, I saw you noodling around in the Khorne armor thread and assumed your interest in that area was due to model making, but environments even better! I don't have a long list of models, but the mod is almost entirely environments. When your list of stuff has shortened somewhat, shoot me a PM or post something here, I swear I check this thread every five minutes...
