kaidanfanlava
Ok so for the fast 2 days I've been searching around for a solution to this. I just got my new PC, and installed Skyrim. It was playing perfectly without mods, and when I started modding using Nexus Mod manager, the game still worked. Most mods worked other than 3 ENB's that I'd downloaded. It turns out that I needed a "base" ENB to make it work. So I went and installed the wrapper version of the ENB. Apparently, the "d3d9.dll" file makes the game crash. I read everywhere, and the only useful piece of advice I found was to use the Injector version. I have tried over 5 different injector versions and none seem to work. The game crashes right after the Bethesda logo screen. What's more is that if I don't use the injector version and start the game normally, everything works properly. Just to be clear, I have de-activated all of my mods, so none of them is a problem. I have also un-installed the "Nvidia GeForce Experience" application, as it was making some issues before. Could someone PLEASE help me with this, I am killing myself here. I REALLY want to use ENB's as they are the only reason I purchased Skyrim for PC (even though I had it on PS3)... Oh and yes, I have added "skse_loader.exe" into command list of "enbijector.ini".

Start SkyrimLauncher.exe to configure your video options again.Sky lighting to work correctly require rendering objects to shadow, so edit manually following lines in file SkyrimPrefs.ini:bTreesReceiveShadows=1bDrawLandShadows=1bShadowsOnGrass=1 The other 3 Edits are in my INI as you can see. Unless this is a laptop you should really try to get the "wrapper"version working...injector version is slow and was created as a workaround for Laptops. Many programs can and DO interfere with the ENB DLL (d3d9.dll) some need to be disabled others just need a few settings changed , Afterburner, PrecisionX, Razer Game Booster, Steams Overlay (check links in my SIG) among others. Try a "Safe Boot" <<<google that, see if you can Get the DLL running. ENB is Great and everyone should be using it!..
kaidanfanlava
Ughh no. I literally did everything you asked me to. I went and deleted the injector, got the wrapper version of v0.262 and also did a verify via Steam so that the files lost could return, changed the Floating Point Render to "1", activated all my mods gain and still, the game crashed right after the Bethesda screen! here is my mod list: http://i1368.photobucket.com/albums/ag188/KaidanKolo/Capture_zpse0f28a58.jpg
camaro_69_327
Hi, First it looks like you have 3 ENB " presets" active at once. Once you have the Default ENB you only need ONE ENB preset. Disable all ENB "presets" and get the "Default ENB" working first. Once all "presets" are disabled install the 262 ENB. Try to load the game with just that, NO "preset", IF the game crashes before the Logo screen you have something running that has an "Overlay" that is interfering with ENB. Start disabling things in the System Tray. Do a Clean BOOT<<<google how, this is an easy step and rules everything out. IF ENB starts, then its something that starts with Windows. Default ENB = the FULL ENB you get from the source (enbdev.com) it has files that NO preset can have. (this must be installed first).Preset = Found on Nexus, these can never have all the required files. ONE preset only. I use "Serenity" ENB (preset) its gorgeous. ( on top of 262 ). ================================Post your System specs....IS this a LAPTOP? Edited October 5, 2014 by camaro_69_327
kaidanfanlava
Ok so I de-activated all graphic enhancing mods, and the game still crashes, fml. Valkirth
ok 1) sorry about long reply was playing FF14 arr,2) except EFF i use the exact same mods as you (thought my mod list has like 100 mods) so its not the mods you use3) camaro is right dont use more then one enb preset,i myself use seasons of skyrim as ive tried all of them and found its the best though thats down to you which to use, thought get rid of the project enb climates of tamriel as thats for climates of tamriel weather mod which your not using so thats gonna cause issues.id recommend deleting all files where your skyrim.exe is and verifiying your cache, once thats done install enb, then manually install your preset (reason i say manual as nmm has been know to install it wrong) its really not hard just extract archive of your choosen enb preset to desktop and simply copy paste all files in to the folder where your skyrim.exe is. the system tray is the up arrow located near your clock on your windows bar, dont disable anything thats required like sound, graphics, keyboard, mouse drivers.
