Save Game Crash

After installing EvE, the pipboy re-placer whom name I don't know, and Fellout I crash upon saving my game. the ini doesn't have answers. After disabling these 3 mods, it still happens. Sometimes, it will let me save, but if I go into a new area (via personal vertabird as fast travel auto saves) and save, it'll CTD. As well, it no longer lets me leave a fixed area from my last save. This area is quite large, but on a motorcycle, is rather small. I will post screens of my FOMM (mods installed) if needed, but would prefer not to due to it being a pain in the ass. heh.

Have you tried killing yourself? No, seriously, kill your character. Sometimes that will fix a corrupt save.

That fixed it.

 

It made no sense, but it fixed it.

Edit: only works for that time playing. I have to kill myself everytime I load a save. Theres a joke in here, somewhere....

more permanent version of the same

 

1 - download and install fo3edit (from fo3nexus)

 

2 - make a copy of fo3edit.exe

 

3 - rename that copy to fo3masterupdate.exe

 

4 - run fo3masterupdate
