Chode Master
If this is not illegal in copyrighted way. I would like to create a Halo type environment in Oblivion. Like not a full blown recreation, but just races, classes, factions, quests, and maybe even a city or island or something like that. Although I am not very experienced with the TES Construction Set. I may need some help from a lot of people. So if anyone would like to help in someway, please post. Actually, if someone would like to take control of this project, then be my guest (Of course, only if you know what your doing). Races >Human- Spartan >Covenant- Elite- Grunt- Jackal- Hunter- Other >Flood- Bulbs- The Big Ones (Whatever there called) Classes I was thinking of just adding the names of the races as classes that way the classes would fit each race. Factions >Human- UNSC or - The Spartan Project >Covenant- (Of Course) The Covenant Quests Not the Actual Halo Missions. Just some new good midevil fitting ones. Cities or Islands >Human- A private island for spartans and their faction building(s) >Covenant- Same thing This is really more of a mod request, because I don't know what I'm doing very much. Ice_Dragon
This would be a nice project. It would be better as a total conversion though. I might be able to help with some small things in between doing my own mods.
Chode Master
Actually you could take down the invisible borders of Cyrodil and make a whole new world space.
Fitzey7139
I could make some buildings dont have a clue about making races/fations though
SoulBlazer_87
I agree with Ice_dragon. It should be made as a TC. Unless of course you have some way of "molding" the halo world with the Elder scrolls world, which should be hard if possible not to mention some major conflicts with the story elements. However an intelligent story twist could help (e.g. a spell going bad sending you to an alternate dimension). Can't help with the mod but I think its a great idea even though I never really liked halo. And Chode Master: is it possible to bring down the invisible borders? If so I'm waiting for modders to add continents to Cyrodiil and form the entire world!

It shows how to on the elder scrolls wiki. http://cs.elderscrolls.com/constwiki/index...around_Cyrodiiljust copy and paste this link ^ . I was thinkin to take down the walls and add this to one of the regions outside of Cyrodill. This project would be better in the hands of an experienced person anyways, not me. So if anyone knows anyone who has done anything big and wants to do this, than ask them. I heard that there was a guy who almost completed a Middle-Earh (Lord of the Rings, I woul assume you know that) for Morrowind. I'll have to find that guy. t4t3rs
Races >Human- Spartan Hmm... I do not exactly think you need to add a "Spartan" race. Spartan could be an armor once you reach certain stats.(At this point I will admit, I am a dork for reading the Halo trilogy. ;D )Technically all Spartan are humans, just physically and mentally augmented since childhood: kind of like Deus Ex, but think bigger. After they get to be strong enough, they get the sweet gear, which pretty much molds with them and becomes their 2nd skin. It can however be taken off.By making a "Spartan" race you will limit the player to being the metal arse-kicker, while the focus should really be on the fact that they are human. My best suggestion would be leaving the race system as is (Redguard, Breton, Khajiit, etc.) [*Note: a Khajiit Spartan?! hahaha* ], but adding that sweet sweet armor, which could be worn only once you reach certain specs. But when you do wear it, it boosts all your stats by a certain factor (say, 2). Just my 2 cents... I know nothing about working with TES CS. I read the whole Halo Trilogy too, but I didn't mean to put it as a race, but I think A class would be appropriate.
