Bruma Problem plzzzzzzzz help!

I am having problems with Bruma, evertime i try to fast travel or enter through any gate it crashes game. So I decided to fly over the wall and what i saw was misplaced buildings, the houses were really messed up and i dont even see the castle! maybe one of my mods i recently downloaded caused it.

 

Mod list:

All of Onra's under the sign of the dragon heightmaps and LOD resources mod

Onra's summerset isle landscape mod

Portable camp site mod

Lliana's Elsweyr mod

Reaper's Anequina manor mod (located in elsweyr)

Umpa animations

Unique Landscape Brena River Ravine mod

Have you done main quest? Using any custom content(including custom race) to make player character, then deactivate/uninstall it can make PC's statue(erected after certain quest) go crazy(means, make your game crash). If it is that case, You'll need mod that update your statue, or kill the problematic statue.

 

**The 'messed up' city is actually dummy placed on worldspace(for LOD). The actual city is at its own worldspace, so unless you're using Open Cities, you can enter the city by flying over.
