Damnshadows
ok so I stumbled upon this fallout 3 tweaking guide, and tweaked some stuff in the fallout3.ini to my preferences, (changed alot of things to improve my fps)so i start fallout 3 through fose (fomm) and for some reason my fps is capped to 30, I couldnt find the source of the problem so I reinstalled. if I start it through the regular fallout 3 launcher my fps is around 40-50 fps, but yet again if i start it through fose, its capped to 30 fps, no exceptions. I have a whole bunch of mods that require fose, but i cant play the game without some pretty bad fps. someone please help =(
Fonger
start by listing your fose related mods are you using the stutter reducer - check what it caps fps at
Quetzlsacatanango
Are you using the stutter remover? I believe that will cause the FPS indicator to not work properly (although not necessarily actually capping your framerate).
