FugaDraconis
Howdy, Basically, what I'm looking for is a way to edit the same field for multiple entries. For example, is there a way of selecting a group of items (let's say projectiles) and edit a particular field (for the sake of argument, say tracer chance) in order to have them have the same value (how about 0?). Or is the only way to edit an entry is double clicking the particular item in the Object Window? I'm just wondering because there must be a better way than just double clicking through each single entry. Thanks for any help!
pkleiss
AFAIK - you have to edit each object individually. The reason for this is that you are not actually changing the value. Rather you are appending a new record to your mod that overrides the original record, and this require a new edit to create the new record. chucksteel
There is if you want to set emittence, reflection, ownership and, several other functions to items and objects inside of a particular cell. Select items in the render window or cell view window, Hit the " - " key and, you'll get a dialogue box with options. I'm not sure if that is want your looking for but, I hope it helps
pkleiss
That is only for working with groups of references, and then only for certain tasks associated with the tabs on the reference page of an object (like setting the linked reference, enable or activate parent, etc...). I believe the OP wants to edit like fields on the base forms of many objects - that is not possible.
