Only Female Raider Nude Textures Broken

ok so i've troubleshooted all i can and i can't seem to figure out why the blue hell it's only happening to the raiders ONLY

i've turned AI off then on again

un/reinstalled the nude mod (beware of girl)

i did at one point have 2 nude mods installed but i removed one, but it's still happening

it's dumb cause i can loot a non raider and the textures are fine D:

but a raider?

oh right... my load order lol

totally unrelated but my FO3 LO has 2 skyrim mods listed in it for god only knows reason <.<

i disabled them obviously but any ideas why that would happen?

it's not a big deal and would rather solve the texture issue lol
