I am new to this and have a good idea but i am only capable of location mods and NPC mods and I have a website for more info. PLZ help, i havawesome idea.

You'll need to add a lot more information about it. People don't like randomly joining teams when they have no idea what you have in mind. List out some ideas of mod projects, how you'll have the group set up, who's in charge, and what you're doing.

The basics are-

There was never an nuclear war, culture has developed to the 21 century and the game starts with

You are a soldier stationed on Moon base delta, the year 2503, this is the tutorial like in the vault 101.

Humans have set up colony's on the moon, and mars. The moon is for military bases and government, mars is a factory planet. earth is a residential planet and food production. the moved all of the people of earth because a new tech allows Terra formation to shift continents and oceans. they do so and as soon as people go back, a new virus mutates things and earth becomes a wasteland, and only some people were immune, and others were either mutated slightly or turned into things like super mutants.

 

I am thinking of using some of the current weapons instead of basic "Assault rifle" ill be like M16a4 and FAL and m134, no generic names.

And i want to edit the pip boy, so instead of a picture of the regular vault boy, it has a summary/description.

I will have more details on my website stated in my first post and i won't release all info here, in fear people will steal my idea.
