Switch
There isn't a mod as far as I know, but I believe you can alter it by using the console command enableracemenu. In Morrowind it was always an unstable command to use though, so make sure to save before you try it in case anything goes wrong.
VaanicOne
One side effect of using the command is that all your skills go down to zero on the progress bar, and some of your minor skills will go down too.
sleaaels
hello has all, I would like to know if there is a mod' S to remake the face of my character? You can change your avatars appearance while still keeping your original stats: 1. Make sure you don't have your menu (tab) open. 2. Type the usual showracemenu in the comand console and change until your happy with the appearance. 3. Press escape (don't exit the cheat console) and save your file then load that save file. You should have all the changes in the new save file without any changes to your stats. I think i must have change my my avatar's face 4 times since i've started playing oblivion:)

Dilvish
It sounds like your method could be used to age a character too? I've been thinking about making my character a few years older now that he's level 32. It's only been half a year in game time since he left the Imperial prison but I feel like it would have taken him a few years to learn all that he has. He should be in his early twenties by now.
