Oh, man, thank you!

 

Now I can get the warpstone cave made.

 

I was getting tireed of making the refinery, laying the floor one cobblestone at a time... gah.

 

I'll be back, if that's okay with you, with some weapon ideas eventualy, and screenshots of your work in action!

 

EDIT: One thing, though. Is there any way to giv them a glowmap so they glow in the dark, like the pictures I linked? Sorry to sound demanding, but it's look awesome!

Ah, thank you! They look really good in game. I mean, REALLY good. The cave with them is, if I dare to say myself, awesome.

 

I actually have two new ideas for weapons, both of them bows. You up for it, or am I getting pushy?

Oh, just texturing, I assure you. One has a bit of remodelling, but if it's a problem, then just ignore the second bit.

 

Well, the firt is like this: You take the Dark Bow from Shivering Isles, and see if you can remove the flower-like things from the middle part. Regardless, you retexture the middle grip to the black leather texture here: http://webtreats.mys...ther-patterns./ Retexture the bendable bits (the bow arms) this color: http://www.pixelab.b...LOAK_square.jpg or some other dark wood tone. Retexture the snake heads to this brass color: http://fc09.devianta..._by_css0101.jpg

 

And retexture the orbs in their mouths a dark, glowing green crystal color. Preferrably transparent like the amber dagger you showed me, but no worries if it can't be done. With, I hope, a glowmap so they glow in the dark.

 

I figure this looks vaugley steampunk, and the project might find it interesting. Regardless, it'll look a high-end typs of thing.

 

Warning: Organic bow; may cause mild squick.

 

The second uses the Dark Bow also, again hopefull with the frilly bits of the grip removed. The grip and snake heads are retextured this color: http://www.filterfor...lters/7436.html and the arms this texture: http://www.filterfor...lters/8599.html The orbs in the snakes mouths are, hopefully, replaced by the eye from the Staff of Sheogorath. It's be awesome if the iris (the colored bit) of the eye was retextured green, and also had a glowmap, but don't stress if it's too hard. Hopefull neither of these will be trouble; the remeshing shouldn't be hard, as you're not changing the bow morph or anything. Here are, however, some tutorials that might help:

Afraid Blender won't let me export it, so the flower thing can't be removed by me. But I can dress it up some.

 

Other than that, all of it's possible, including the eyes.

 

I'll start on that some other time, though, this dungeon contest has a time limit on it!

So, how's that dungeon thread going, Uberman? Can't believe I've forgotten you been doing that.

 

Also, remember how you offered to make the crystals transparent, like glass weapons? I don't suppose I could take you up on that? Amber chunk too?

 

You see, I'm currently making a rather large glass mine, and I figure that would look better.

 

Also, do you know how to add collision data to the crystals?
