ub3rman123
You know how to add transparency to weapons? Tell me now! I must know! (Not sarcasm, I am having a problem with that). They keep turning opaque in first person. By the way, Kieranfoy, is there anything on this one I haven't done yet? I've completely forgotten all the stuff I said I'd do, and I hate to renege on my word.
kieranfoy
Well, I just asked for the transparent texture, but I guess you and Alonso need to, whaddya call it, chat about it. I seem to recall a few really over-the-top bow ideas up on the last page, but you really don't need to worry about those. They're big ideas. alonsomartinez
Hmm its actually incredibly simple Links for All ! Then just mess around with the color sliders in Blender till you get it too look glassy
kieranfoy
Huh. Quite the tutorial. Reconfirms my dedication to not learning texturing. Waaayyyy too complex.
ub3rman123
Hmm.. I tried it, it didn't work too much. I think the problem is in NifSkope. To apply the alpha there, is all you have to do to add a NiAlphaProperty to the node and lower the alpha?
kieranfoy
Is the tutorial for a different program?
