A mod that makes broken weapons unable to fire but still allows you to equip them

Can someone make a mod that changes broken weapon mechanics so that you can still equip them for using repair kits but will intercept the fire command and display a message stating that the weapon is broken

That would be nice.I would like that too please.I found it so annoying that if i break a unique weapon,i still can't fix it unless i pay for the repairs.

Don't let your unique weapon (or any weapon really) get broken to begin with... XD

Get the Charisma point for amount of followers mod and have a lot of charisma ^^
