MGE is a brutal beast. You need I'd say a Nvidia 8800GT or better performing card to play it all on high settings. That will likely mean you have to get a new power supply too. The one you have powering your 6200 isn't gonna power an 8800.

its just too hard to imagine a game as old as Morrowind needing an 8800 to max out.

 

Heck its almost impossible to imagine any current video card - even an onboard video chipset not playing this game well.

 

It even plays well on an archaic MX440
