A River, Actually, Runs Through It

there are no references that answer to my topic.

If it's a lore problem...<shrug>

I'd like my Potomac River to, actually, flow.

In whatever direction the real river flows without obstructions at the same current rate.

From one end of the game river to the other.

And water to trickle from the exposed storm pipes found all over the wasteland.

This water can stop a short distance from the pipe in an existing hole, or ditch, and just disappear.

 

if this is too hard to do then, maybe, someone can repair all of the roadways to look like newly laid asphalt and concrete.

Just because waters irradiated doesnt mean it cant flow

i actually did get a big chunk of the river but there wasnt any water for some reason i guess bethesda is just lazy like that :P so i have about a quarter done but im trying to get it to look like its actually flowing

So if you do get the river flowing, will it also move the player or any other person/object if they are in the water?
