That would be awesome... even if it was a random spawn of him and 2 enclave troopers. He doesn't even have to shoot his gun, just use the metal spike on his arm; I'm not familiar with how modding works exactly, but it seems like the super mutant behemoth is about the same size as him (maybe a little bigger)...
