In the screenshots, everyone in Balmora is shirtless. Anyone know how the creator did this? (meaning took the screenshot to make them all shirtless?) And if so, is there a mod for Oblivion? (Where everyone is shirtless? Would be interesting to confirm my suspicion that the beggerwomen have torpedo boobies) That would be interesting, and in a way, offer much amusement. I also had an idea for an all-nude mod, but since the game is rated M now, there should be a way where you don't have to use a mod to make them nude. just remove the apparel..
