Cant move files to the data folder

OP, you cannot unpack ESPs. Those are files, not compressed archives.

However, it would be nice to know what operating system you are using, not what file archiver you are using. I'll put it like this: If you are using Win7 or Vista, make sure Oblivion is installed outside of the default folder, Program Files, before you start trying to use mods. Install the game to C:\Games or something. That will save you much trouble.

winrar is not an operating system, it is a file compression/ uncompression program. (zip/unzip)

 

Operating systems that work with Oblivion are Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7. If you have something else you are probably out of luck.

In all 3 of these, the copy and move commands are built in and are a part of the operating system. If they are not there it is because a system administrator removed that capability - probably to prevent abuse or accidental changes.

 

Another possibility is someone redefined the function of the mouse button to do something else. I see this with gamers who redefine their mouse buttons to do some special function in a game and don't know how to reset them to the standard functions.
