crashing when trying to save

hey.

 

whenever i try to save after loading a new area the game will crash. if i try saving straight after loading the game it will be fine but after i go through a door or fast travel it will just crash.

 

The PC is in the pit at the moment and i have just completed the main quest for the pit (if thats any help)
