Kaerar Posted July 15, 2010 Share Posted July 15, 2010 Well after hunting through a savegame for the head of a character I had created I managed to find where the chargen morph is held (rather than normal mop or mor inserted morph). The morph is hidden in binary format in the save file here:SAVEGAME_PLAYERCHAR > SAVEGAME_PLAYERCHAR_CHAR > SAVEGAME_PLAYER_MORPH Using the GFF editor it's easy to find. (4th from bottom in the SAVEGAME_PLAYERCHAR_CHAR expansion) Unfortunately while I found it, I haven't the skills to decode it. Though for anyone savvy with hex editing or binary decoding it should be a breeze to work out the pointers. Just need to work out how they relate to morphs and then the shapechanging and fade issues can be dealt with :) Tested to work as I copied one chargen made morph to another savegame by copying just this field. Saved me a lot of time remaking the head ;) EDIT: The morph data also contains the basic armour data like whether it's Dalish leather or Studded Leather.
