Welcome. Im the resident self righteous grumpy person.

For the most part the rules are:

Dont bite: Dont personaly attack someone, If you disagree, try to put it to them in a civil way. Though it can be hard not to, telling someone what you think of them isnt a good idea, be polite.

Nudity is bad, but!: posting sexualy explicit images isnt a good idea at all, unless you've uploaded a mod based around sexualaity, at which point you're allowed to post images that explain what your mod does. For example sexlivion has a VERY explicit banner, but thats appropriate since its a VERY explicit mod, you'd expect nothing less.

trollernazi be gone: extremist comments not only mark you as a bit dense in the head, bu they'll see you banned in record time. screaming some proposterous threat to some political or idealogical group WILL see you banned before you can blink.

No ads: If you want to advertise a product, then you'll have to see the administration about that. Simply creating a thread and ranting about some sort of product to all and sundry will see you in trouble. And I'll personaly stop by and say dispariging and unhelpfully critical things about the product.

unwritten laws/traditions:

1: if you've uploaded a mod, its usualy a good idea to include screenshots, they dont have to be fancy, but a lot of folks here say "no pics, no clicks" and refuse to download mods with no photo documentation.

2: dont start talking unless you know what you're talking about. some people are willing to get a strike to put an ignoramus in their place.

3: be careful of your sig. people dont like it when it takes up half the screen, smaller is always better.
