Trouble starting Dark Brotherhood quest

Im having trouble starting the DB quests. After finishing 'innocence lost', I cant continue with the DB quest line. I do no receive the 'we know' letter. Sleeping does not end me in the abandoned shack. I also tried alternate start and begin the the sanctuary, but Astrid does not have the conversation option for the quest. Here's a list of the mods i got, could someone please tell me which one is conflicting with the quest line? Thank you.

i have this same issue it only happens after i install the dawnguard DLC if anyone knows how to fix this the help would be much appreciated
