David Brasher
.... There is not much of a mod so it looks really really boring. A mod made of four dots in a row is not the kind of thing I want to download.
Trandoshan
I believe the first comment made him rage... He deleted everything... It's a shame, I wanted to see what everyone was demeaning...
BFG99
I believe the first comment made him rage... He deleted everything... It's a shame, I wanted to see what everyone was demeaning... At the risk of fanning the flames on this thread, the guy who posted this is a known troller. We've had trouble with him over at UESP:http://forums.uesp.net/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=18099 He's posted under the names wally123, Ranger12, and Runhold, and each time has started quite a bit of drama. An example of such drama occurred when annoyingfan wrote a response to his request for feedback on this same mod:annoyingfan wrote: I'm looking forward to this :)Runhold wrote: Care to elaborate?annoyingfan wrote: I meant what I said, no more no less :)Runhold wrote: Because you are being difficult, I guess I won't release my epic mod. The ungratefulness displayed here is beyond sad. It's a shame too as the guy clearly has modding talent, and could do well if he'd spare the drama. Unfortunately, trolling and modding don't mix well. chaospearl
I think he was upset that nobody got excited over his idea of making a house that's technically in an exterior cell in the Tamriel worldspace. I'm not sure he realizes that the concept has been floated around before, and that it isn't widely used because it has a lot of drawbacks and flaws. That being said, it's definitely not a bad house. Actually I kinda like it. The exterior-house concept works well in this particular situation because the house is designed for a minimalist survival character and thus is purposely sparse. It's sometimes hard to find out that an idea you're really proud of and were expecting people to get excited about isn't original after all. Maybe he could have reacted to the bad news in a more mature manner, though. This thread should probably be closed?
Afgaadhs
Who needs a big house? the little shack that you buy in the Imperil city works just fine. the massive castles just seem too cliched.
