Holding swords over the shoulder

I've seen pictures of files like berserk armor mods and some pictures has characters holding swords over their shoulder. Is it some kind of console command that I have to enable or is it a mod?

Sounds like a pose mod if you saw it in a picture.

I went to go check the armor you mentioned, and that is indeed a pose mod. I believe you'll be able to get a similar position from CTAddPose, as it has a myriad of weapon poses:

There are plenty of different posepacks out there for you to choose from, so you'll need to do a bit of digging. There are a few combined packs that may help ease the searching. Pose Thumbnail is one I wholely reccomend. It has 100+ poses http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=16457
