some invisible creatures and weapons (MMM)

Hello.

 

First of all I'd like to congratulate you for the great community you seem to have built over here:)

 

I'm having a problem with my MMM mod. I have it and FWE installed, and I'm not sure which one's responsible for it, but pistols (the only I noticed so far is the .552 pistol) and super mutants don't seem to show up. In the case of the pistols, there's a red sign with an exclamation mark floating around my character whenever I old one in my hands. But the Super Mutants don't seem to show up. I see their hunting rifles but not them.

 

Since I wasn't familiarized with modding in Fallout3 I installed the game in the default directory (that is, program files), and now I read that it might cause problems. Could this be the reason?

 

I also downloaded that "trog invisible fix" for MMM, but nothing was fixed. What is the solution? If I have to reinstall the game how do I preserve my save files?

Sorry for the double post but it really pisses me of that I can't play well with this problem:( does anybody know how to help me?

 

I noticed that some guns, for example, the FN FAL, also don't appear. But some other custom weapons, from FWE I guess, appear. Here's the load order. What am I doing wrong?

I have the exact same problem. Certain Super Mutants are totally invisible except their weapons. And weapons such as the FN FAL, 14mm, Desert Eagle (these are all I've seen so far), show up as exclamation marks. I've tried different load orders, FOIP, waiting out the respawn time, and whatnot. Nothing has fixed it. I wanna play with these mods together, but it just won't work. Either there's some big inevitable conflict with FWE and MMM, or they both just don't work right with certain versions of the game.

 

I didn't have this problem with my last copy of FO3, I've only had it with the GOTY edition.

Well, I only use MMM, but I had the exact same problem with the invisibkle super mutants. I managed to fix it by manually isntalling MMM. I had used the FOMOD version before. All teh super mutants are visible with the manual install. Maybe some meshes got mixed up in the FOMOD version.
