How to make my own loading screen mod?

So how the title says,I want to make my own Loading Screens for Oblivion,to put my own pictures.What do I need to modify?

You can change loading screen images by editing the items that are in the Object window under Miscellaneous>LoadScreens. Be warned, if you change the loading screens, it'll very likely conflict with the other loading screen mods.

Do you know how I can obtain that effect from the original loading screens? (I don't like that center square,without it).

What center square? You can use any image you want for the thing, if you want, you can include the border on the image.

I don't want the loading screens look simple,with no similar effect to these above.

 

I use Photoshop CS4 by the way.

So, if you want the border thing.. You can just remove the image around it from one of the vanilla loading screens, then make it a new layer and paste your image behind it then run some filters around it to make it look like the vanilla images.

 

Sorry if that's not what you mean, your grammar is kind of confusing me.
