i just downloaded jbtexture files and when i open it i get a program type app instead of a override folder so when i click on it says next volume is required what does that mean under the browse it says insert a disk with this volume why is it asking me to do that if you know a way to make it not say that id appericate it thanks

I have to make sure; did you try to double-click and open the rars, or were you extracting them using winRar/7-zip, or something similar?

im using rar when its done downloading i double click on the hdtextures file then it extracts to another window and then theres the hdtextures appliction when i click on it it shows a box thats says next valume required then under that it says insert a disk with this volume but it didnt come wint no damn disk so idk

Okay, here's how I did it:

Opened the zipped folders, pulled out the RAR inside (copy or cut, I don't think it matters).

Once all the RARs were out of their folders, I used 7-zip to extract the part 1 RAR. As long as all the RARs are in the same folder, I believe it will unzip all of them at once. You should get a 7-zip application (exe file) it will be 7-zip application regardless of what sort of unpacking program you use.

You just need to double-click on that and it should put a file called override in the same folder you're working in. You just need to drop that into your override folder, it would probably be best to rename it.

 

You need an extraction program like 7-zip or WinRar to make this work, just in case you don't have one yet.

i give up on this file it looks freakin sweet but the creater made it kinda hard to extract the textres and meshs and such so oh well
