Small Request

I don't know if I'm allowed to ask for requests here, but here goes:

 

Change the effects of Lightning to that of Chain Lightning or make Chain Lightning instantly castable. No wait time.

 

I would appreciate it if someone would do this for me.

 

Added effects that would be nice would be a stun t hat mimics Crushing Prison as well as making the spell scale with spell power.

 

Note: I'm fully aware of the two mods on the nexus that edit the spell.

There is a reason Chain Lightning has a cast time. It's so overpowered it's not funny. Only thing that can level my entire squad in one hit. I have to interrupt or everyone just dies.

Overpowered? At higher levels it's weaker than hell, and there's a reason for everything in the game, but that doesn't mean I like it lol.

LOL you try playing it with FCR mod with Hard difficulty tweaks and the low health mod. You won't be saying that the first time you get a party down from it...

 

On normal Vanilla game it's useless I agree though ;)
