Game crashing whenever I attempt to make Female character, characters are stuck as T's!

Hi,

So I purchased Skyrim through Steam, and it's been running well until tonight, I am no longer able to create new female characters (except Kahjits and Argonians), the game stutters for a few minutes and then crashes when I try, . Male characters show up fine. I have attached images of both my current mods installed and my computer's system specs. I tried starting the game with no mods installed. That resulted in the wagon getting stuck during the opening sequence.

Now even after uninstalling and re-installing the entire game, and running the System Verify Cache thing through Steam, it still doesn't work properly.

 

Is there anything else you guys need to see for this to make sense?

I posted everything I could think of, please help!!

EDIT: I was able to fix the pose error, but female characters still aren't working properly.

From KS Hairdos mod main page: Please use the "Showracemenu Precache Killer" (requires SKSE!) so your game won't crash or freeze upon entering the race menu. Without it all those hairs for female characters can just crash your game. Because it's just SKSE plugin and not esp, I can't see, do you use it or not.
