I was wondering because I noticed all the endorsements for this mod if someone could show me how they got it to work. Thx! DavidBudreck Posted July 26, 2010 Share Posted July 26, 2010 I looked in the CS for you, and wow! This chest was designed to be difficult to find. Spoiler.... The chest is in the IC Arena District. Facing the Arena, in the pool to the right. It is under water, tucked between the ramp and the wall.
