Hairless NPCs, No Eye Textures

For some reason, random NPCs fail to have hair and/or eye textures. I have no idea why. I would post screenies, but for some reason prntscrn key won't work.

To my knowledge, everything should be installed correctly.. I mean it's pretty hard to mess up using OBMM.

 

Also, as to not make another topic, maybe someone could help me with Realistic Leveling. On default settings, how often do you level on average? (Level 65 max). So far I've increased Destruction (one of my Major Skills) about 10 times, and my stats page still says I'm level 1... Not to mention a TON of acrobatics and athletics (Minor Skills). Maybe I have it installed wrong as well? Gah.. :wallbash:

Are all of your other mods working? Did you download the COBL Res 01 pack?

Realistic leveling offers levels of smoothness. I do not know what the defaults are, but it could be that the default is still 10 major skill increases. However, with smooth leveling mods, often getting to level 2 takes a little longer. That is related to how levels are calculated, and how the mod works around the initial 280 or so skill points characters start with. If you have 30 (counting) skill increases and you have not advanced to level 2, you might want to drop a post in the RL thread.
