Mod for Being the Bad Guy/Revolution?

Is there a mod made that let's you attack and take over all of Cyrodill?

For example, you could start a rebellion in one town such as Bravil and declare war on Leyawinn and then take over that and keep doing that to the other towns until eventually the Imperial City crumbles beneath your mighty troops? I tried just going around the country killing everyone in every town but the idea of one man wiping out entire cities just isn't my cup of tea. I don't want to KILL them (well, maybe a couple people who said the wrong soundclip at the wrong time), I just want to RULE them. By force.

Well, there's this mod:

It's called Servant of the Dawn. What happens is once you've completed the main quest you'll be contacted by the Mythic Dawn and be given a series of quests, eventually the Mythic Dawn ends up taking over and the player is given an quasi-Emperor role (you can order any guard/Imperial Legion to follow you like a companion).

 

It's not a bad quest mod, it's got a decent story and voice acting. It's not exactly what you're looking for but it's the best one I know of. I do remember seeing a mod that let you become Emperor but I never downloaded it, and there was probably a good reason why I didn't.

 

Edit: Actually the mod I recommended is a lot better than I made it sound, it's just that when I played it I was in one of my "bored of Oblivion" stages and didn't enjoy it as much as I otherwise would have.
